Correlation between clinical and laboratory culture findings in resistant keratitis

Background: The clinical diagnosis of infective keratitis does not give an unequivocal indication the causative organisms because a wide range can produce similar picture. agents frequently isolated are: bacteria, fungi, viruses and Parasites. Aim Objectives: purpose this study was to identify correlation between culture laboratory finding in resistant at Ophthalmology Department Tanta University Hospitals. Subjects Methods: This prospective interventional selectively randomized which extended for 12 months university hospitals included fifty eyes patients clinically diagnosed presenting started January 2021. Results: there statistically significant deference groups regarding Medical history, Trauma, Ulcer characteristics, Satellite lesions corneal sensation. There no age, gender, Contact wearing, foreign body, size gutter immune ring. Conclusion: Clinical is more important treatment follows up while performed documentation findings.
